AJAM POLICIES

CANCELLATION:
Lesson or ensemble rehearsal attendance cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be billed at full price. Cancellations can be made by emailing INFO@AJAMPDX.COM or by calling (503) 407-2342. Please do not communicate cancellations to the instructor - their job is to teach music, not manage schedules. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this very important policy!

PAYMENT:
Your initial lesson needs to be paid at the time of the lesson by bringing cash or check, or paying via credit card at paypal.me/ajampdx. Once you are enrolled, billing will be done monthly, at the end of each month. Payments are due before your first lesson of the month. For example, if on Sept. 30th you are billed for 4 weeks of ensembles that you attended in Sept., your full payment would be due before your next rehearsal on, say, October 4th. If you cannot pay on time or need a different arrangement, please email INFO@AJAMPDX.COM to communicate your situation.

COST:
Private Lessons: $50 - 80/hour, depending on instructor
Ensemble Rehearsal: $50 - 60/ 2 hours, depending on instructor

OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT:
We accept cash, check and electronic payment via Venmo or PayPal. Payment is due before your first lesson or ensemble of the following month. Checks can be made out to “AJAM”. You will be sent an invoice via email. If you need to update your contact info, please email us.
